How do people learn?
People learn in 2 ways:
- By repetition
- By relevance (if what you say is more relevant to the audience, its more powerful), xej, to learn 10 random words, just put them into a relevant context and tell a story.
Learning Path Stages:
- Unconsciously Incompetent (xej a child driving)
- Consciously Incompetent (xej a teenager driving)
- Consciously Competent (xej, when you’re 18 and you just learnt to drive)
- Unconsciously Competent (xej an experienced driver)
There are 3 types of people in a class:
- Participants
- Tourists
- Hostages
